ARTIST STATEMENT
I am drawn to exploring patterns of experience that are influenced by social politics which can subconsciously create our interior worlds. My work is based on dreams and memories of social situation that contains elements of abuse, mental health and rituals that emanate from religious, shamanistic and psychological rites. My visual art focuses on creating work that stimulates the unconscious through mixing and at times presenting dissonant media in order to activate multiple sensory experiences simultaneously.
